Mark Tronziger was amazing. He responded to almost every phone call, no matter the time of day; he explained difficult concepts in an understandable manner, and he was highly professional in every way. The only issue we ran into was that the paperwork nearly wasn't ready in time for the title agency before we signed the closing paperwork; it was delivered to them only a couple hours before we signed, and this seemed to bother the title agency.
